Returns are only accepted within 7 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure that returned item(s) are supplemented with your order confirmation and a copy of your delivery note.

Please remember:

The item(s) should be in its original packaging, including an unopened seal, along with the corresponding order confirmation, delivery note, accessories, and free gifts.

Delivery charges may apply for a pickup service in some cases.

To retain the original box of product for 7 days to assist for any kind of return complaint.

Though our online delivery is available across 7 Emirates in the United Arab Emirates at the moment,

      • If the shipment has been dispatched for prepaid orders and the customer requesting a refund, delivery charges will be deducted.
      • For Online prepaid, credit charges of 2.5% of the total order value will be deducted if cancelled upfront without any reason & if shipped & returned AED 25 will be deducted for courier charges.

If you return the item that you received defective, damaged, or incorrect you will be refunded the full amount.
